Information we collect

Pepe stores the information required to run the platform, including account details, organization membership data, uploaded statement files, release collaboration activity, and audit logs related to access and security.

How we use it

We use this data to authenticate users, protect workspaces, process royalties and release records, deliver collaboration workflows, and send transactional emails such as invitations, verification codes, and security notices.

Sharing and retention

Pepe does not publish private workspace data. Limited information is shared with infrastructure providers strictly to host the product, deliver email, and maintain security. Data is retained only as long as required to operate the service, satisfy legal obligations, or support legitimate audit and accounting needs.

Your controls

Users can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting the Pepe team. Workspace owners are responsible for the accuracy of collaborator invitations and imported statement content they upload to the platform.
