Use of the service
Pepe is provided for royalty operations, release tracking, and settlement collaboration. You must only use the service for lawful business purposes and only access workspaces and data you are authorized to view.
Account and workspace responsibilities
Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for the accuracy of information they upload, invite, or approve. Workspace owners remain responsible for permissions granted to collaborators and for the business decisions made based on imported data.
Availability and changes
We may improve, update, or remove features as the product evolves. While Pepe is designed for reliability, availability is not guaranteed and maintenance or third-party outages may affect access temporarily.
Limitation of liability
Pepe provides operational tooling, not legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing release terms, payouts, and compliance decisions before relying on platform output in contractual or financial matters.
